Our spacious layout allows us to configure separate areas for one or multiple events simultaneously, as well as ensure a swift, organized relocation for attendees if an air-raid siren sounds. We can prepare a dedicated relocation area in advance to minimize downtime — or host your entire event directly inside the Shelter, complete with technical equipment and a separate coffee-break zone.

Can we host a full-scale conference inside the Shelter?

Yes. Shelter is a 700 sq. m fully equipped conference space complete with a projector, TV display, sound system, and microphones. Depending on the seating layout, it can host conferences, training sessions, presentations, or receptions for up to 600 guests.

What happens to our event when an air-raid siren sounds?

Your event continues uninterrupted. Attendees are seamlessly guided from the main conference rooms to the Shelter, where your schedule resumes with minimal delay. If preferred, we can set up a designated relocation area for your group ahead of time.

What is the maximum capacity of the Shelter?

Up to 600 guests. Layout options include Theater style (up to 300 guests), Cocktail/Reception (up to 250), Classroom (up to 100), and U-Shape (up to 100).

Can we host the entire event inside the Shelter from the start?

Yes. We can fully set up and host your event within the Shelter, including all AV equipment and a dedicated coffee-break area.

Is presentation equipment available?

Yes. The space is equipped with a Panasonic ultra-short-throw projector and portable tripod screen, a 55-inch TV display, sound system, microphones, and a flipchart.
